lyrics

g-dub: When they say a raise in taxes will help the country recover - not over my dead body will they raise your taxes!

E Luv: Ha, ha - yeah okay....

Verse 1 - E Luv
Thought I could go a whole album without a dis
Guess not, now I got hit up some sons of bitc-es
And I’m not about to sugar coat this at all
I think george bush is the first that must fall
It’s the hunt of the republiklan
Fu-- it, wipe all those politicians from the land
So I said it, I hear the cheers of unlikely fans
Now I choose sides, shut the fu-- up Taliban
I’ll address those motherfu--ers in a little bit
First things first, much worst, the conspiracy that’s hidden
How the fu-- do we go from a boomin’ economy
To times of no jobs - no work and ain’t nobody got no money
How does something like that happen?
Can you figure it out on your own or should I continue rappin’?
The answer’s not that puzzling after all, let me plead my case
Definitely not as puzzling as that constant look on bush’s face
Come on now, for real - he doesn’t seem to be very intelligent
But it doesn’t take a whole lot of brains to be a good war president
Notice strong emphasis on church and religion
Where was all this God-talk with his alcoholic indecisions?
A couple songs ago I said let the past be the past
You stupid motherfu--ers voted his bitc- as- in, but alas
Would Al Gore have faired any better?
Or would there still be gridlock and even more stormy weather
Hard to tell at this point thousands of motherfu--ers are dead son
And minorities still make up eighty percent of the prisons
Being only 10% of the population
I look at my child, I look at my family - don’t wanna have to pick up the gun
But ain’t a da-n fu--in’ thing changed
The world could be peaceful tomorrow, if we wanted, a much better place
For the past five years your company’s posted a loss
But your ceo continues to receive his bonus

The clock stryx 1-2-3-6
Another late night - I’m on some late night shi-
And VoiceCrack sees me on the political tip
So he throws on some emotional beat I begin to rip
And I’m rappin’ some serious shi-, no time for fun
Subsequently, my work is far from done
Over there in the bed I look at my son
I have got to be a good father; I have got to be The Egregious I

Verse 2 - E Luv
Yeah, verse one was a complaint
But I’m not about to leave ya hangin’
I plan to site a solution to the problem
I’m not one of those rappers that’s constantly bitc-in’
Don’t get me wrong, my as- is paid, and paid very well
But it’s not about me right now, it’s about those hos sending anthrax in the mail
Let’s be completely frank and honest about this one
We’ve got another reason for a presence in the Middle East again
And that in itself’s worth barrels of oil by the ton
Personally I say go solar, it’s cleaner and this’d be done
True we lost thousands in the towers which is sad - it’s tragic
Now everybody wants to scream USA, which is bullshi-
All under a guise of hate
Half of you motherfu--ers can’t wait to steal the food off my da-n plate
I have and will always do my own thing
Can’t manipulate my boos and cheers like this was wrestling
I’m too old for crap - well past any and all of that
Eyesight trained on the gray between the white and the black
They also hate minority races, lesbians, and gays
For no apparent reason so what’s another group to hate
I will give ‘em this, they were fightin’ for what they believe in
So on an American; I guess it’s just become open season
To be completely honest, that shi- ain’t nothin’ new
To me or anybody else down with The Mac-X Crew
Welcome to my world you’re realizin’ your worst fears
But social deviants been going through this shi- for years
Only nobody cared at the time and to a certain extent, still don’t
Prove me wrong; what’s the difference between crack rock and powdered coke
They sent that before any terrorist from a foreign land
And you think weapons grade anthrax is bad - don’t make me laugh
But you all know these answers
You just won’t listen until you lose your loved ones

The clock stryx 1-2-3-6
Another late night - I’m on some late night shi-
And VoiceCrack sees me on the political tip
So he throws on some emotional beat I begin to rip
And I’m rappin’ some serious shi-, no time for fun
Subsequently, my work is far from done
Over there in the bed I look at my son
I have got to be a good father; I’ve got to be The Egregious I

Verse 3 - E Luv
I got my education, but even more than that
I respect ideals, fu-- toleratin’ - that shi- is wack
I don’t want nobody tolerating me
That only means that they put up with the E-L-U-V
Therein lies the disrespect
And in disrespect lies your death at the intercept
Some just don’t hold life in the same regard as others
So for my happiness, I should kill off all you punk motherfu--ers
Our president is full of that bullshi-
The rest of our strong government can suck on my flaccid dick
The selfish populace happens to be crazy
And the rest of the planet is just fu--in’ shady
It’s forever night because all I ever see are dark days
Guess I might not have it any other way
I wouldn’t have anything to talk about without the negativity
Refuse to be controlled by another’s vision of positivity
Live your life, let me live mine
Don’t fu-- wit’ The E and everything’ll be fine
That means don’t fu-- wit’ my money; don’t fu-- wit’ my lady
Don’t fu-- wit’ the M-XC, and don’t fu-- wit’ my family
But to insure that, I’ll continue to vote
When times get down, I will never lose hope
I’ll keep workin’ hard to create this dope
And I’ll make for da-n sure I’ll never have to worry about droppin’ the soap
Be true to yourself
And try to figure out a way to accumulate this wealth
Of knowledge, of power, of figures
Never stop learning my trade until that collection gets bigger
Cause after inside and out, I learn the game
Then and only then can I be the sole person who can take it away
And I don’t plan on losing one red motherfu--in’ cent
It’s okay to splurge, but put the majority in investment

The clock stryx 1-2-3-6
Another late night - I’m on some late night shi-
And VoiceCrack sees me on the political tip
So he throws on some emotional beat I begin to rip
And I’m rappin’ some serious shi-, no time for fun
Subsequently, my work is far from done
Over there in the bed I look at my son
I have got to be a good father; I have got to be The Egregious I
